GRAPE VARIETIES : Vermentino Toscana 100%
AREA OF PRODUCTION: Vineyards owned by the Orazzini family in the province of Pisa and selection of the best grapes of supply chain.
ALCOHOL: 12,50% vol
HARVEST: Early September, preserving perfect acidity.
VINIFICATION: grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The must id transferred to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperetaure not exceeding 16°. Short stay in steel before bottling.
TASTING NOTES: Bright straw yellow, fragant and intense nose, aromas of yellow fruits and white flowers are combined with citrus notes. Pleasant on the palate,savory with an excellent balance between freshness and minerality.
FOOD PAIRING : seafood dishes, soup, risotto dishes, fried fish, raw fish, vegetables.
